| | | Ambrosia is a welcome addition to our foundation stock. Snowmass DeBeers is her sire and son of Peruvian Snowmaster and grandson of Peruvian Hemingway. Her dam, Los Prados Zinfandel is a daughter of MFI Peruvian Barringer. Barringer is an El Moustachio son. Here is a girl with a pedigree of Don Julio,El Moustachio, Hemingway and Peruvian Snowmaster and has the conformity and fleece to match the impressive pedigree.

Peruvian Zen has an impressive pedigree and that lineage certainly shows in the fine and crimpy bundling fleece that he exhibits. His density is very good. Zen also has excellent conformation which his sire Soltice, son of import Peruvian Bulto also has. Soltice was used exclusively at Los Prados Alpacas who bred alpacas for 15 years. Zen's dam Ambrosia has Snowmass Debeers (Peruvian Snowmaster son) and MFI Peruvian Barringer (El Moustachio son) in her pedigree. Zen's personality is also extremely gentile and mild mannered. He is always the first alpaca to come and greet us at feeding.
Zen competed in his first show at the Heartland Classic and came home with a blue ribbon. He was praised for being the most complete package in his class. He place 2nd at Northern Illinois Alpaca show.
Zen also carries impressive fiber stats: MFD 18.9, SD 3.4, CV 17.9, >30 .8%, Medullated Fibers 6.3%, Spin Fineness 18, Mean Curvature 46.2, Comfort Factor 99.2%
