We got what we were breeding for - Dark Rose Grey! Sebastiana's color genetic background is wonderful for replicating grey and black. Awesome color and fleece quality - crimpy, dense and fine! Sebastiana did well at Spring and Fall shows. Her fibre is exquisite and she placed much higher at shows once her cria coat was shorn. In 2007 she produced a gorgeous light silver grey cria which we were really pleased with and look forward to many years of colorful, high quality production from this gal.

Aragorn, Sebastiana and CocoKhan represented Fireweed in the Breeder's Best award and we placed 2nd in a very large class of highly respected, well financed and long time breeders showing mostly white and light fawn. Sebastiana is related to our multiple color champion herdsire Aragorn and was bred to Cocokhan (son of Aga Khan) so this next cria she has really represents Fireweeds Best.

Avilon’s first crias are on the ground and many in rose grey! Many have his trademark wooly head. Avilon’s offspring are hitting the showring now. From his maternal line, Avilon has award winning Color Champion genetics through his maternal sire and grandsire, Lanark’s Silver Charm.
Avilon’s sire Avatar is one of the premier gray herdsires and many of his offspring are blue winners themselves. Three of Avatar’s offspring garnered 3 Championships at AOBA 2005!
Avilon’s ½ Sister Devamani has won multiple Color Championships including Futurity, Great Western Alpaca and AOBA shows.
