Contessa is a conformationally correct female, with incredibly soft, dense fleece. One of my favorite fleece's to spin. Tess and Scenario's cria has arrived. Kimimela (Kimi) is an elegant, feminine little girl. She has very dense fleece, with softness, crimp and character. She is multi-colored with med. fawn, light fawn and beige. Her little face looks like a fawn's and her personality is an absolute delight, more than once resulting in love at first sight. Kimi is everything that you could wish for in a beautiful female. Scenario is a heavy boned, statuesque male. His fiber is dense and soft with good crimp and bundling. When spun it is the color of spun honey. Scenario is the grandson of Pperuvian Vengador (son of Shere Khan) and the son of DLA Peruvian Alejandro. His dam, Jolimont Peruvian Cinimo is dark fawn.
Scenario's off-spring are well conformed, with heavy bones. Their fiber is dense with good staple length. They all have been healthy and vigorous at birth.
Scenario's Kimimela (Kimi) is a beautiful young female, ready to be bred and looking for a great farm to live on. She is the first cria of our first purchase NCA Contessa (Tess). Tess is dark rose gray and Kimi is exhibiting gray coloring on her nose and ears. Kimi has fine, very soft fleece, with exceptional handle. Perfect for spinners, resulting in very soft yarn and wonderful products. Last year we mixed Kimi and Ironman's fleece for rovings. The resulting roving was bright and the softest we have had yet. It far outsold any other rovings or yarn that we had on hand.
Kimi has perfect conformation and large eyes lined with black and long, flirty eyelashes.
If you are looking to improve the fiber and conformation in your herd, you can't go wrong with Kimi. We bred Kimi to Goldsmith's Peruvian Renegade and produced the best Renegade offspring yet. Cobalt (6/24/2011) has fleece with crimp, bundes, lustre and density to boot. It's tough to get through the curls to find his skin. He is med. fawn and phenomenol. A rebreed is included in the price, 60 days free boarding after bred, with ultrasound confirmation of pregnancy. Kimi would be ready to go to a new home by late January, when Cobalt is weaned. As a Harmony Hill customer, any future breedings for Kimi with Harmony Hill Herdsires would be at a 20% discount. We also include free delivery within 200 miles, and can promise when she is delivered there will both tears of joy for the new owners, and tears of sadness as we let go. We know the right home exists out there for our little Kimi and are waiting to hear from you.
Kimi comes with the standard reproductive guarantee. Kimi's cria with Renegade was sheared at a year in June. Incredible fiber results - 16.3 micron - 100% comfort factor. We plan to breed Kimi to either Sir Locksley or Renegade in September. If purchased before September 30 - you chose the sire.
