Miss Sweet Poteet

Light Fawn, 30015156, 1/2 Bolivian, 1/2 Peruvian

Miss Sweet Poteet really is sweet! Her conformation is excellent and she has wonderful fiber with lots of luster! She is a beautiful honey color,is beautifully porportioned, and has very nice density. Her roving is one of our best sellers and feels like a silk laced cloud.
Poteet's sire is Princeton, a grandson of the renowned Mahogany Prince. Poteet's dam is light fawn & is a 2 time blue ribbon winner. She passes on her great confomation, fiber coverage and her wonderfully proportioned head. Poteet is proven, presenting us with two beautiful crias, having no trouble with delivery and providing plenty of rich milk for quick weight gain and strong growth! Poteet's last year cria, Penelope, is a two time blue ribbon winner and has some of the nicest, densist, softest, lusterous fiber we have seen on our farm, with this years cria looking very good as well! Poteet just had an exceptional champaign colored female, Gigi, out of our champaign colored herdsire, Topaz Jazz. She has

  SMA Accoyo Bolivar
    White, 814575, Full Peruvian

Bolivar is a well-locked, high luster, 100% Accoyo Suri herdsire with excellent conformation. He breeds easily and with excellent results! He has several cria on the ground, with one of his first female crias selling for $32,000 at the 2004 Futurity Auction. In 2006 he sired 5 females in a row & a 2005 male offspring took Color Champion at MOPACA in 2006. He is the son of Medium Fawn Accoyo Durazno/ Peruvian Uribe, recently deceased, who produced 148 consecutive Suri crias. Bolivar has also proven he can pass his color genetics on to his cria! He feels like silk and the judges like it too, as his fleece has won awards even at 5 years of age.

If you want excellent quality, proven success and color potential, you will not want to pass by the opportunity to breed in some Bolivar genetics.

Penelope is a gorgeous female...just loaded with luster, luster, luster! She has a very fine, wonderfully silky handle that I can't get enough of touching! She is a brilliant white color. She has some of the finest fiber of all of the alpacas on our ranch. The mill that processed her fiber last year said it was the finest they had ever processed. Her conformation is wonderful. She is medium boned and a sweetheart! She would make a great addition to anyones breeding program.

Penelope has produced her 1st cria out of our our deep maroon herdsire, a Cantano grandson, Shoshone of DVAR. The combination was dynamite, resulting in an extremely high lustered, high desity fibered female. Penel has certainly proven she is not just a "pretty face" (which she has) but can produce excellent quality cria and pass on her outstanding luster and extremely silky fiber with a handle you can't forget! She is truly one of our finest!

Penelope comes with an additional breeding to any of our solely owned DVAR herdsires! !
