| | | This typey light fawn female has luster and fineness. She has a lot of fiber, and is dense with a nice handle and crimp. Her confirmation is correct and is that of a long bodied female like her mother and grandmother (who are excellent mothers).
She carries easily, births easily and has plenty of milk. Her first cria (SYLVESTER) is dense and crimpy and will be showing this fall.
Pixel is bred to our sire REX for a Fall 2008 cria and was confirmed via ultrasound. Look at her histogram - they are impressive!!

| | | Rex comes from 2 grey parents and has some white fibers in his blanket. He has a fine shiny fleece and settles females easily. He is a large male with correct confirmation.
His first 2 babies hit the ground this fall - both true black!! Shiny luster is his genetics.
WOW - look at that micron count - for an adult black male alpaca!

JEWEL is a true black phenon. She has luxurious, fine fleece with beautiful silky fleece and a buttery soft handle. When I was skirting her first fleece to send to the mill I was astonished at how little I needed to do (other than VM). She has a beautiful head and is almost full Chilean. Her sire REX, comes from a long line of black and grey genetics and her dam PIXEL has wonderful crimp and staple length. She comes from a line of my best moms and prolific girl makers! JEWEL is bred to our True Black Herdsire Balthasar for a spring 2011 cria.
Take JEWEL home today and she will be the gem of your pasture!
