| | | Lady Ariel is a medium fawn foundation dam with very dense fleece (8 lb. shear weight at 2 years old) and bold crimp. She carries loads of gray genetics, her dam is a medium rose grey and she carries LSG 2 and 3 generations back, as-well. She has thrown FOUR cria to date, ALL FEMALE, in a variety of rich colors: dark fawn, light brown, medium brown, and white. One of the daughters, Elyse, (MB) has exquisite elite fleece and has taken two blue ribbons in the extremely competitive GWAS full fleece halter show, in both 2006 and 2007. Her other daughter Diantha won second and sixth place ribbons in the equally competitive AlpacaPalooza and Alpaca Western Extravaganza shows. Nieve, the youngest daughter who is white, shows lots of promise with ultra soft, fine, high frequency crimp fiber - she'll be ready for the show ring next year. Ariel's daugher Diantha gave birth to a gorgeous vicuna patterned light fawn female in June '08. Females in this line run rampant!
