| | | Thalia has the straightest back of all of our alpacas. Her fleece has become more course as she has aged and had some crias, but she does have good density. Included in her lineage is Hemingway. She also is the animal with the most attitude. She is not in the least shy about letting the other girls know when they have pushed her far enough. And she does not put up with much. This disposition had us a little worried on how she would treat her own cria. But she is a good mom with lots of milk for her crias. | |

Benchmark's Perucoyo Chief Seattle

|
Medium Fawn, 1102710, Full Peruvian

|
| | | Chief is a son of Acoyo Express. His dam Eponine, a Black Peruvian who placed 2nd at AOBA Nationals. That means Chief should carry the Black gene from his Dam and will be able to allow Black to pass to his offspring.
He is large yet has awesome conformation and offers consistent fleece characteristics, (see judges comments below). It isn't any surprise as his family tree is very strong.
He comes from very impressive and strong lines. Chief's Sire is Accoyo Express who has his own show record and now his kids are holding a commanding presence in the ring.
Chief has great potential. We look forward to his upcoming offspring.
