| | | After a bit of a difficult labor, Eternity graced us with this lovely young lady. From the minute she hit the ground, we knew she was something special. Pink is what we call a talker. Just touch her and she'll tell you about it. She is very people friendly and loves to talk with the visitors. Her genetics are a book of Who's Who. She's also graced us with the finest fiber to date on the farm - an amazing 16.7! She just delivered a little girl out of Raspberry Hill's White Russian. Just as perfect as she is! We have bred her to our El Nino's Accoyo Iago for a fall 09 cria. | |

| | | We are pleased to announce the arrival of Iago to the East Coast. We purchased Iago from the Preble's of Sunset Accoyos in 2006 at the MAPACA Jubilee. Iago exhibits the densest fleece we've seen and the size you look for in a Macho. Imagine our surprise this year, when attempting to register the first two cria from him on our farm that we found out he wasn't who we thought he was!
After months of diligent work from Jo at ARI, through further blood testing, we found out that Iago is not a Victor grandson, but actually an El Nino son!! That was quite a mix-up...
So, we have simply changed the first two words of his name, to reflect his sire. This is the same amazing animal we purchased at the show, who is now producing striking offspring for us here in Pennsylvania. We knew we liked the look of this guy! If you look at photos of El Nino, you'll see the resemblance.
Iago has a wonderful presence and a sweet personality- he is a gentleman and a sweetheart! H | |
