Guinevere, is the sweetest girl, so gentle with humans and babies. Gwen is a Dark Fawn with a beautiful silver grey face, a medium-boned and average size girl with good coverage down her legs and straight conformation.
Her dam throws lots of grey, including the Champion Salvador Dali. Her sire, Sir Lancelot, is a majestic grey sire, son of the famous Chilean sire ZORRO PC, and the grandsire of the famous Avatar! Both of Gwen's parents have had National Champion winning cria.
Her dams sire is the well known PPERUVIAN OMAR used in Snowmass genetics. What an abundance of genes she has to offer.
Gwen is 3 for 3 on Rose Grey / roan babies and mother to our male Elvis.
We have already retained 1 female, and 1 male cria from Guinevere into our foundation herd, as they are truly outstanding Rose Greys with an abscence of any other color in their blankets. See Punka & Elvis for the ones we have kept!
Her 2007 cria with Yana was a lovely solid Rose Grey female (no tuxedo, just rose from head to toe). 2008 cria 1/4 Accoyo Rose Grey with Yana, solid rose grey male (No tuxedo, just rose grey again all over!)
Mixing the lines of Accoyo Felix with Gwen's already outstanding pedigree is producing some excellent results!

We have found that Gwen does run short on milk and her cria do need some additional supplements with a bottle (she makes some, just not enough). Luckily all of her cria have taken to it easily and done quite well. Honestly I enjoy it.. She will be great for a farm that doesn't mind spending a little extra time. She is a friendly mom and has no issues with you helping with the baby!
