ALH Peruvian Nadia Gray

Dark Silver Grey, 1415544, Full Peruvian

Nadia's parents are both excellent producers. Her import dam has thrown 6 girls in a a row and the old gal still has a micron of 25.4 at 12 years of age! Her sire, Peruvian Cisco, is a Quicksilver son who also sired the infamous Shaquille.

Cisco's true black son Maximus is a Color Champion and Multiple Blue Ribbon winner that has been praised by many judges around the country, at least one of which said 'I knew my first place animal as soon as he walked in the ring!'.

Nadia has fiber to die for.....a purple/gray hue of crimpy dense fleece that is extremely soft to boot!

We expect great things from this gray. Her first pregnancy was achieved in 2 breedings to my Goldsmith son, Laurent. With this breeding we're hoping Laurent can do what his sire does the majority of the time, throw the color of the mother.....1/4 Accoyo gray would be very nice!

Nadia's mother is a heavy milker so we're hopeful she'll be similar to mom.

  Providence Laurent Guerin
    Light Fawn, 1195545, Full Peruvian

Without a doubt, this guy is one of my most beloved Alpacas in the barn. He looks gorgeous anytime you glance at him, whether he's standing around munching hay, or out watching for his Girls. He has 2 years worth of crias on the ground now in true black, bay black, medium & dk. silver gray, brown, med. fawn, lt. fawn, and white. He's adding a beefier look to my crias with beautiful heads and thicker bone, and soft bright fleeces with long staple length, crimp, and density.

His MSG daughter, Silver Threads won 2 Blues in 2 shows in 2009, and his son Laramie took a Blue as well.

Laurent's dam produced the infamous Dom Lucilio owned by Double O Good Alpacas, a sire of many Champions. Laurent's sire needs no introduction either, he's also a sire of multiple Champions. It was Accoyo's Goldsmith's ability to consistently throw the color of the dam that drove me to purchase one of his sons. Laurent also gives me fresh bloodlines that are not represented on many farms

ALHUDF Laurent's Nebulous

Listed at $8000 by Emma Urban of Riverdale, MI

Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

Nebulous is a striking 1/4 Accoyo black male that promises to grow into a fantastic herd sire. He is very unique, with tons of gray in his background. His mother is a beautiful silver gray full Peruvian with soft fleece at the age of 5 (24.6 at 5 years old). Her fiber is always the first chosen by spinners and knitters. His father has excellent genetic history and is an Accoyo's Goldsmith son. Nebulous has everything you'd want in a herd sire, from a solid strong genetic background to a strong boxy frame and excellent fleece.
