MM Desire

Light Brown, 818511, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian

Desire has produced way beyong our expectations. Always award winning females! She is a 1/2 Accoyo female sired by Accoyo Felix. She has consistently exceeded our expectations year after year. We have now had the opportunity to see how her lineage has progressed and with her third generation offspring arriveing we can undoubtedly say what an extrordinary lineage she has produced. All her offspring and great-offspring that have been in the ring have been multiple blue ribbon and Champion winners. Her great/great offspring look even better.

She is also a member of a very exclusive club being that there aren't many Accoyo Felix daughters, or many that are as dark as she is. Desire breeds and conceives easily. She is well proven and an attentive mother.

Desire has produced fawn to rose grey offspring. Her 2007 cria was a rose grey male that sold as a juvenile. Her 2008 cria is a med brown male sired by Caligula's.

Her current 8 year old histogram is only 24.5; 4

  Colorado Mezcal
    Medium Fawn, 174230, Full Peruvian

If you are looking for that male who puts out crias with that classic Peruvian head and great presence, look closely at Mezcal. At 12 years of age, he still has great conformation and has never needed to have his teeth trimmed. His handle is amazingly soft, with uniform character. His fleece has a high frequency crimp and is very dense. Best of all is Mezcal's 11 year old fleece analysis!

Mezcal has offspring of every color. When bred to grey, offspring are usually grey or black with much improved fiber. In general, his crias are the color of the dam, though crias out of white dams are often fawn.

As a son of Drambuie, Mezcal provides highly sought after genetics. Drambuie was sold at a record breaking price many years ago to a top Australian breeder.

We are also offering 1/2 ownership in Colorado Mezcal to the right buyer.

Mezcal's usual fee is $2,000, but talk to us about drive-bys and multiple breeding discounts.

Desire's Rosemary  (Felix/Drambuie Genes)

Rosemary produces awesome crias every year. Rosemary's crias do well in the show ring too! When bred to white she produces white (see Summer's photo). She was bred to dark brown one year and had a bay black female (pictured with Rosemary). She is a good mom with lots of milk and her crias are robust. She is an easy breeder too!
A white female (Ariana) born 7/20/10 out of NWA LTd Haldane of the Studmaster program was white. Rosemary has been bred again to NWA Ltd Haldane again as we were so impressed with Ariana. Proven genetics!

UPDATE: White female cria born July 2012! She is looking very nice! Price is bred.
