L H April Fools

Bay Black, 1309768, Full Peruvian

As her name infers she was a super surprise. On the morning of April 1, 2005 she was born. It was 5:30 in the morning when we saw her laying in the pasture. Who looks out at their animals that early??? Every alpaca breeder thats who! (Thanks to everyone for the nenatal/birthing classes and information)

April is the darkest brown possible without being true black, she looks like Licorice! She is out of one of our top producing foundation females and our true black hersire. April has the luster and the feel of silk and was always a pleasure to show.

April gave us a true black male cria "Tuscano's Massimo" (Out of Tuscano of PVA) Massimo has received 5 first place ribbons and a 2nd at the Suri Symposium Fleece show. She is now 2 for 2 giving us another show quality true black male cria, Cynister, out of Sniper. We are eagerly awaiting her third cria - from ATC Goliath by Torbio, our newest herdsire!

Macgyver’s incredible True Black boys have produced yet another show quality True Black Boy – Cynister by Sniper! In 2008 Sierra Bonita’s Peruvian Sniper was National Color Champion! Sniper not only won the National color championship, but it was his 17th championship at AOBA sanctioned shows. Sniper made history with the most halter championships for an Alpaca under the age of 2… and it looks like Cynister might follow in his footsteps.

He is as solid a boy as they come, his fleece is like oil. Black as midnight and slick as a snake oil salesman with somewhere else to be! He has top notch coverage from head to toe to tail. When he was shorn this spring you could see our shearer slow down as he looked up and just said one word… “Wow”.

This stud to be is not going to be offered for long, so get him now… before we come to our senses and take him off the market!
