SMITH-HAVEN Peruvian Tempest

Dark Brown, 1445879, Full Peruvian

Tempest is a rich dark brown with black markings and some gray highlights. Her fleece is VERY dense and crimpy with unsurpassed luster at the skin. With perfect conformation and a "typey" Accoyo head, she is a very impressive big-boned animal, and she is passing all these traits on to her offspring! Tempest is friendly and easy going, and acts as one of our farm ambassadors to any new visitors. She actually seems to enjoy a good scratch behind her ears while she does her best to "taste test" your clothing.

Tempest is bred to HDF Accoyo Lincoln for a Summer 2010 cria that should be dark, beautiful, and 5/8 Accoyo! ***NEWS FLASH*** Tempest gave birth on 6/21/10 to a BEAUTIFUL, feisty, 21.2 lb medium brown boy! This guy came out quick and was ready to GO from the start! He was up and RUNNING around less than 10 minutes after coming out! He looks and acts like he was a month old when he was born! We're really going to enjoy watching this fireball grow up!

  HDF Accoyo Lincoln
    Medium Fawn, 30019986, Peruvian

Lincoln is a big robust male with heavy bone and extreme coverage, His yearly staple length is six inches and he is throwing that to his offsprings. His first crias are stunning with straight conformation, full coverage and loads of presence. (Even the girls walk the walk!)

Lincoln is an irresistible medium fawn full accoyo herd sire and is the son of the darkest full accoyo in the United States, Accoyo Leon. His dam is an exquisite light fawn El Moustacio daughter.

In the tradition of Hiben Hollow animals, Lincoln has straight and square conformation, a beautiful head, full coverage and excellent fleece character - in one word - Irresistible.

Co-owned with Kessler Accoyo Group of Michigan and Broken Arrow Alpacas of Wisconsin. Lincoln will be residing full-time at Hiben Hollow!

Can you say "COVERAGE?!!" Cargador (Charger) burst on the scene like he was late for an important date! We've never seen a cria in such a big hurry to get going! He was not only up on his feet in only a few minutes after arriving, he was actually RUNNING around in less than ten minutes, not staggering around like a new born; this guy was actually running! This bundle of energy is big boned, and shows the promise of being a very big boy like his father, and he is also carrying his father's incredible coverage. At only a month old he was already showing great staple length with beautifully buttery soft, dense and crimpy fleece. Now that he has reached showing age Cargador may have even more coverage than his father had at this age! He literally looks like he has no eyes! Don't pass this dynamo up! He is really going to be something special.
