His fleece is fine with an abundance of sheen and vitality, along with beautiful architecture. Just like Hemingway, Haldane's micron count remains excellent (19.6 at 5 years of age). He is dense, has a silky soft handle and has coverage head to toe.
His namesake, Roger Haldane, si the original alpaca pioneer from Australia, who selected and owned Haldane's dam, Esmeralda (from rural Allianza, Macusani) who he then had mated to Hemingway.
