| | | Once in a great while you'll find a beautiful girl like Carnelian offered for sale.
Carnelian is the daughter of the true-black Herdsire, Canzelle's Zambezi. She has her famous sire's "look"... very upright, solid, and lots of presence. Her color is a rich, reddish-brown, like the beautiful semiprecious gem after which she is named. Her fleece is extremely dense, bright, and soft-handling. Through her Dam, "Nellie" is a Victor granddaughter, and a Hemingway great-granddaughter. On Zambezi's side, she has deep high-quality black and gray genetics...Drake is her grandsire, and Danko and Sinopsis Nocturna are both her great-grandsires.
Carnelian has had 2 outstanding and show-quality crias to date. A fawn girl (Ballantyne) with GreyBeard, and a white male with Principio !!
UPDATE - Carnelian had an awesome MAROON NERUDA son August 2010 !! Looks to be an outstanding young male.
We are placing her on our spring 2011 schedule for re-breeding. If purchased pr | |

Dark Silver Grey, 834717 , Full Peruvian
|
|
| | | GreyBeard is a FULL PERUVIAN, elite level dark silver grey herdsire. He is a 8x Champion and has produced numerous blue ribbon plus winners. He has a light silver grey neck and a dark silver grey body. His body type is amazing! Strong in bone, dense, and fine for a dark silver grey. His staple length grows annually over 5 inches and some of his offspring have reached close to 6.5 inches in a yearly growth. He is a truly spectacular male- one of a kind. Neruda recently sold for $205,000 and if you ask us - GreyBeard has the better overall package. He has duplicated himself in color 8 times - that is 8 of his over 40 offspring are marked in color similiar to him! That is an amazing achievement in itself as this color is very rare and hard to reproduce - certainly with this consistency!
A rare and unique Black Point Gray, and Full Peruvian.
NEW REDUCED STUD FEE OF $1500. (regular fee $2500)
