Tachon is a nice size boy with wonderful presence, big bone, and a great head. To top things off, he has three large brown/fawn spots on his side and black pigment around his eyes and mouth.
The pairing of Accoyo Vengador (was owned by Greg Mecklem at Accoyo America) x Accoyo Ayaviri (owned by Greg's Brother) created Accoyo Tachon for Greg's brother. The match was perfect, but Greg's brother is all set with males, so we were fortunate enough to scoop up Tachon for our breeding program.

"Artie" is a full Accoyo. His fleece is incredible! He is the son of Vengador's Accoyo Tachon, who is known for passing on his superior fleece qualities, such as uniform and well defined character, density and deep crimp. Artie himself definitely inherited these qualities in a big way! He has gorgeous deep, high amplitude crimp, that broke into bundles at just one week of age!
Artie's pedigree is a wonderful combination of Accoyo champions; Vengador, Caligula, Royal Fawn. His dam, Accoyo Quintessa, can be seen on this site.
Artie's disposition is so sweet that he is the one we grab to show off to visitors. He has become our farm's ambassador.
This boy just keeps getting better and better. He definitely has jr. herdsire potential. He is priced at only $600 and that definitely does not reflect his quality, we just don't need so many boys and do need the room.
