ISSABELLE is one of our favorite girls on the farm. She has an amazing personality! This true black little gem has incredible fibre...fine, dense and high frequency crimp which is uniform across her blanket and down into her legs. She has a wonderful soft handle with tons of style and character exhibiting brightness and lustre. Issy has impressive genetics in her pedigree with R&RR OLIVER TWIST as her sire (now residing at Patagonia Alpacas in the U.S). Oliver Twist was awarded 1st Place sire's progeny at the 2008 fall Alpaca Odyssey in Edmonton and is well known for producing spectacular offspring. We are excited with our breeding of Issabelle to our rose grey show stopper High Plains Apache. This combination was an exciting one for us as Apache is one of our favorite boys. We expect a phenomemal quality grey or black cria from this mating.

BUCKSHOT appears to be fawn coloured at first glance, however, as soon as you open up that amazing fleece, it’s a gorgeous grey-taupe color for the full length of his staple. BUCKSHOT has the “HOT SHOT” look to him with a collected body style and heavy substance of bone. His handsome head is typey with short muzzle, dark eyes, dense topknot and perfect bite. His body is just buried in fibre from his thick woolly cheeks to extreme heavy coverage down his legs to his toes. BUCKSHOT'S sire TELL HOT SHOT is a dark rose grey macho, a LIONAL son and a BUENO grandson (U.S). HOT SHOT now stands at stud in California however we are proud to offer his impact genetics through his proven son TELL BUCKSHOT. BUCKSHOT'S first cria arrived in 2009 and they are spectacular! Two of his boys competed in the CNASF 2010 show in Red Deer, earned 1st and 2nd placements in their respective classes and absolutely wowed the crowds.
