Some things hold their value even in tough times and this one of a kind female fits into that category. Minerva is a Champion daughter of AML Legacy's El Duro, the Top Stud of 2007.
We had committed "Minnie" to the AOBA auction before El Duro's sudden passing in April and decided to go through with the event. Although we set a good reserve a few Huacaya's sold for more than that, foolishly Minnie was not one of them. Understand that after this year's births there will be no more El Duro daughters there are currently 19 registered. No more from the male who was determined to be the most successful producer of show quality alpacas in 2007 according to an analysis available on the Alpacanation forum.
