Grandsire - Peruvian Macusani was one of the first greys imported from Peru. Just look at his photo! A successful sire of award winners.
Dam - MVF Oreo is a granddaughter of 'The Silversmith'. If you have seen his photo, you know he was ahead of his time.
Service Sire - Maple Brook Bravado carries the genes of some of the best alpacas ever, and he passes them on! Genetically, he breeds like a very pale shade of fawn. Nearly 1/3 of his crias are color. Many are award winners.
Progeny - Jed's Annabelle has produced at least 3 Blue Ribbon winners. Now bred to a high-end Champion with an elite fleece, her December '11 female cria looks like her best yet! Annabelle will be bred back to Bravado in the spring.

Annabelle has produced a dark-point ROAN, aka 'Modern Grey': Mu Cephi. When bred to a dark-point roan/modern grey, (like Nuerda or Greybeard) the expected outcome is ~50% tuxedo-pattern grey crias, and 50% dark point roan/modern grey - a rare, highly-sought color!
We're holding off on rebreeding her until spring. Buy her first to breed to YOUR male.
