PFF Blossom Dearie

Light Fawn, 1002263, 1/4 Chilean, 3/4 Peruvian

Graceful as a gazelle, Blossom is the elegant, stylish daughter of two prize winning parents and it shows in her presence! Her sire, Xanadu Peruvian Jazz, is a son of the well-known Felix, and has many blue ribbons and a color championship to his credit. Although only shown four times as a juvenile, Blossom's dam, PFF Butterbrickle, won two firsts, one second and two fourth place ribbons including a second place finish at the AOBA National Conference under Judge Mike Safly, losing out to a Pacific Crest female. Butterbrickle is the daughter of Peruvian Knock Out. Blossom's fiber is soft, fine (take a look at her histogram), well-crimped and dense. We've bred her to Smoky the Bandit, our rose grey son of Peruvian Olympus, because her dark fawn sister produced a gorgeous silver grey female (PFF Jezebel) when bred to him. Just imagine this luscious light fawn lady gracing your pasture. Now add a gorgeous grey baby at her side. Both are possible! Price remains effective until three mon

  Pankara
    Medium Fawn, 841767, 1/2 Bolivian, 1/2 Peruvian

Pankara or "Pancake" as he is known around here is a farm favorite. He is gentle and smart and, as we expected, he is producing cria with a very uniform and fine fleece. "Finest in the class" has been repeated from Denver to Owatonna as his first offspring are getting out to the shows. Pankara's first offspring to show include multiple blue ribbon winners Bacon's Summer (LB), Pankara's Peach Girl (MF) and Ark's Blueberry Pancake (DRG). This Royal Fawn grandson has color, fineness and density. His dam, Acero Marka's Neysa, has produced several sons such as KO's Peanut Butter owned by Prairie's Edge who is known for producing uniformity and fineness within a fleece. An interesting male if you would like to add fineness without losing density. Crias currently available.

PFF Bode's Gold

Listed at $300 by William Hedberg & Julie Ann Jarvinen of Hampton , IA

Bode has excellent fiber with desirable density, crimp, staple length and soft hand. In fact he has the nicest fiber of our 2009 male cria crop. He comes by his gorgeous fiber honestly as his dam, PFF Blossom Dearie, goes back to PPeruvian Felix and Peruvian White Out while his sire, Pankara, traces his ancestry to PPPeruvian Royal Fawn and an Acero Marka female. Although Bode can’t ski as well as his namesake (Olympic gold medal winner, Bode Miller) he is halter trained and has tested negative for BVDV.

Price: $300
