		Derbie is one of our finest alpacas. She has great conformation, dense fiber with moderate crimp and an independent personality. Her stature and presents are gifts from her sire, Peruvian Chocolateer, a consistent AOBA ribbon winner. We value Derbie so much because of the outstanding quality of her crias, all have been great. Her 2004 cria "Kachina" at less than 1 year,won a 2nd place at the AOBA National Conference in Sandy Utah. Bred to AOK Cole for a spring 2007 delivery.

		We feel very lucky to have Cameron Highlander as our primary Herdsire. His dense fleece has great crimp and very full handle. He has won 1st place in 2 large East Coast shows both in shorn (attesting to great conformation) and in full fleece (highlighting his outstanding fiber). His 1st cria arrived in 2003 and we could not be happier. All 8 cria were solid colored, with great coverage. Fiber caracteristics were greatly inhanced over the dams and conformation of the cria were all great! If you are looking to upgrade your cria's fiber and conformation at a very reasonable price you can not go wrong by choosing Cameron Highlander as you stud.

What can I say about this young fellow that is not evident in the pictures to the right. The saying "A picture is worth a thousand words" hold true in this case.

When visitors come to the farm Koko is nearly always one of the 1st animals that catches their eye. He has fabulously, soft, dense fiber from head to toe and is wonderfully proportioned.

Koko is related to a large # of our females so we are offering him at a very reasonable price hopefully to a farm that can use him more.

In all likelihood we are pricing this young fellow way to low but his price will surely go up as he gets older and begins to have cria on the ground.

If you want to add fabulous dark fiber to your heard give Koko strong consideration. I think whoever ends up with this male will be very happy.

Koko and his full sister "Kachina" (see awards below) are 2 very good reasons why we like this match of "Derbie" breed to Cameron Highlander.

2006 fiber analysis, FD-18.3 ; SD-4.6 ; CV-24.8 ; >30-1.1 ; CF-98.9 These are great stats. especially for a black! Even for a white male these are very good numbers.

Koko is also available for lease. (A very reasonable way to aquire muliple breedings) Under our lease program you can also sell outside breedings to Koko while he is at your farm on lease.

Awards Received
Although Koko has never been showed his full sister Kachina took 2nd place at the AOBA National Conference in Sandy Utah. If we only had time to show him I am sure he would do very well.
