| | | Shabu recently delivered her fall 2010 female cria sired by Snowmass White Gold. "Accoyo White Gold's Bling" is extremely bright with wonderful density. Shabu will be rebred shortly to our full Accoyo MF herdsire, Enterprise for a fall 2011 cria. Her previous three cria have been nothing short of outstanding so we can only imagine what this pairing with Enterprise will bring.
This lovely full Accoyo has great presence and is covered with ultra-fine fleece. Her sire is Maple Brook's multi-champion Accoyo Bolivar who is a Vengador son. Her dam, Accoyo Angelique, is a daughter of Accoyo Godfather, a relatively rare bloodline in this country.
During a visit with a customer and his consultant, we had the consultant take a look at Shabu's fleece. She could barely contain her excitement when she took a look at the "matchstick bundles" in this little girl's fleece that go all the way down to her belly button.

Bling was sired by the well respected herdsire, Snowmass White Gold, a Legacy son. Her dam, Shabu, has the lines of Vengador and Godfather in her background. I could probably stop there and you’d be impressed.
Nice and boxy, and correct in her conformation and bite, her fiber is extremely bright and fine, with a very long staple length. When we had a herd evaluation done in December 2011 by a highly regarded judge, Bling was given high marks for her fineness/micron along with handle and the remark that she was very uniform. Her personality is extremely pleasant as she is always the one in her group that wants to come up and check you out.
If she follows in the footsteps of her dam, Shabu, she will be a terrific producer. In addition to great maternal skills, Shabu has matchstick bundling and has retained her fineness well into the age of seven. Shabu’s 2011 histogram is as follows: 21.6/4.1/19.0/2.7. Those are the kinds of numbers that you want in your herd.
Purchase her and select her service sire from any of our multi-champion, full Accoyo herdsires for her 2012 breeding, or use that transferable breeding on another one of your females. With the emphasis of our breeding program being on lingering fineness, that decision should be an easy one, or shall I say a difficult one... they’re all topnotch!
