We have held on to Sugar because of what she gives us in a cria each year. Sugar has been bred with our great Mr. Cooper for one reason. No matter who we breed Sugar with the cria takes after the service Sire. Her last cria, Candi, looks just like her service sire, Zac, brown and white with the extra soft crimp and we mean crimp fiber.

Today 6-9-11 Sugar had her male cria, Ranger 4u2c and the color could be Bay Black unless he starts getting grey like his sire Mr. Cooper.

Sugar is as sweet as her name and just a perfect girl to have and enjoy. Have to confess she is a pig when it comes to treats... A perfect mom and lots of milk and love for her crias. Only one fault she loves going into our store to shop. She also has found the container of grain and some how gets it opened and will help her self if we don't keep an eye on her.

Sugar is a very friendly female and easy to work with. She doesn't mind walking up on the scale without a halter on. Of course she kn

Mr Cooper's first has hit the ground and what a trooper he is. Ranger is such a perfect cria and fits right in. Both Cooper and Sugar did one great job and it was worth the wait. Cooper has settled his 2nd female in less than five mins.

When taking pictures of Cooper I never have to sit and wait for the right moment. What you see is what Cooper looks like all the time. He never changes and looks perfect with his neck and head held high. From day one he has looked like this. Folks always pick him out and keep looking at him like he isn't real. Trust us he is the real deal.

Mr Cooper 4u2c has grown to be one fine Herdsire. We have keep him so we could breed him to our one female who always gives us a cria that takes after the service sire. Lets see if it works this time.
