She is an easy birther and has never needed assistance, we havenever seen her give birth we just come home to find the cria running around the pasture. | | | Caspian has awesome fleece and flawless conformation. His fiber is a rich medium brown with an extremely soft handle. The genetics behind him are both well known and hard to come by. His dam, Tapaya, is a Bolivian Reedemer daughter and she has always had a micron count under 20! Caspian's sire is Roman Candle of Bolivia, a maroon male sired by the infamous Bolivian Black Thunder. Several of Roman Candle's offspring have sold for over $40,000.00 at auction.
Caspian's histogram showed an incredible 18.1 microns at 3 years of age! And the percentage of fibers above 30 was only 1%...VERY impressive! He is very dense and has great crimp that carries the length of the fiber.
