| | | Nuthatch is a most beautiful grey female. The daughter of Marquis Lily and Inca Legends Promise, both grey, you have no doubt that she has uniform grey coverage, long staple length and crinkle. Beside the superb color, her straight conformation is a compliment to a gal who is just pleasant to have around due to her gentle disposition. We loved her 2007 cria, Thomas Hooker, out of Dom Lucillio, and he sold at his first show. Nuthatch is now due any day bred to Sea Voyager and this combination of greys should make an incredible color. A good Mom and a nice alpaca to boot, if grey is part of your breeding plan you will want to give this girl a second look. | |

Voyager's dam is a solid dark rose grey and his sire is white. Out of this pairing was created a solid medium rose grey (modern) with amazing staple length, rich color that has incredible soft handle and intense density.
Voyager's first shearing at nine months produced 3.8 pounds of prime blanket and a total of 6.9 pounds of fiber. The color is consistent, bright and measures almost 8 inches in staple length..all this on a sturdy, well balanced, handsome male. Choose your females carefully to be bred to this unique colored MRG male. He is truly one-of-a-kind. We now have confirmed pregnancies and look forward to seeing the results in June of 2011. Voyager's first showing netted a First Place at N.A.A.S and Green Mountain. | |
