Jupiter is an outstanding herd sire with some very desirable genetics. He's at least half Accoyo and a high quality son of the great Andian Pride.
Jupiter's color is gorgeous, too. His golden fawn hue is a staple for any breeding program going for color, and those Accoyo genes are what provide for exceptionally dense, fine fleece.
"Jup has AWESOME presence," says Mark, and that is evident at first glance of this proud male.
Jupiter's conformation is perfect, displaying strong, correct bone structure and an excellent dental bite. When considering a herd sire, top breeders know the paramount importance of solid, square and correct conformation, and Jupiter has it all.
Jeanne tells us, "His fiber characteristics have changed a little over the years, but he still has dense, crimpy fleece, and outstanding staple structure and length. He can add so much to the offspring of any females."
Jeanne goes on to say, "Jupiter has several cria on the ground and they are showing great fiber and conformation." There are images of his cria available for your perusal, so please ask and they'll be provided for you.
Jupiter has done very well in the show ring, where he's taken high honors in both blue and purple!
