We are thrilled to have another Sweet William daughter in our foundation herd!
Jazz has extreme bone and a fine fleece. Her density and fleece length are well above average. Jazz is simply gorgeous!
Her temperment is calm yet still very spunky and lively. We have bred Jazz to Cimarron Gold Legend for a 2011 cria. She is well grown for her age and will make an awesome mother.
Jazz has that trademark Lional head...curly cheeks and fuzzy ears!!
Jazz is a standout in the field with her extreme bone and coverage. Jazz should produce stunning crias for many years.
Just finished skirting Jazz's fleece...exceptional! I can't believe I didn't save this one for the show. Her blanket alone was over 4 lbs skirted!
June 2011: Jazz delivers a rose grey boy?? Our first grey ever! Jazz is an excellent mother, and the cria has excellent bone, density and look already.
Introducing Cimarron Gold Legend! We are thrilled to have Gold Legend in our breeding program. His second cria crop is arriving in 2011 and we are excited to see what he produces again this year.
"Gold Legend's" pedigree speaks for itself. He has 100% Snowmass bloodlines which shows in his style & his advanced fleece traits. Gold Legend's Champion producing sire, Snowmass Mountain Gold (a top winner & an Accoyo Pluro Grandson). "Gold Legend's" dam, is a Hemingway daughter (Snowmass Passion Flower) has produced top quality progeny year after year! His grand dams are Snowmass Peruvian Passion & Snowmass Peruvian Reveley (Imports).
"Gold Legend" has a lustrous, EXTREMELY BRIGHT, high frequency crimp style with wonderful architecture! His fiber has an incredible sumptuous soft silky hand, great staple length & EXTREME DENSITY. His fiber is very UNIFORM throughout his blanket, up his neck to his topknot and down his legs. He has unbelievable commanding "Macho" presence &
Nash is a very unique alpaca. When he was born he had grey legs, tail, neck, face and ears. Now with his fibre growing it is hard to see the grey but I think he may still be a rose grey once sheared.
Nash is extremely typy and square. His fleece is already outstanding whether it is grey or brown. With Jazz and GL's shear records, Nash is most likely to produce a ton of fine fleece.
As with all our GL offspring, Nash has a great temperment too.
January 2012 - Nash is simply gorgeous! Just look at that fleece picture...you can see the shine, character and length. This little guy has exceptional conformation and fleece!
We just sheared Nash at 10 months old and his staple length was 6 - 7 inches! His fleece is royal baby fine and he sheared the highest fleece weight of all our 2011 crias.
Nash' neck is definately grey. His blanket isn't quite grey yet but there is a presence of white fibres throughout. His fleece is coming in fantastic! The length and crimp style is impressive.
If you are breeding for grey and you want to increase your fine fleece production, Nash just may be a perfect choice! Nash has just been sheared for 2013 and all I can say is "HOLY FLEECE"!! Extreme high frequency crimp style, length and coverage that is truly unbelievable. If I hadn't sheared him myself last year I would have sworn his legs had never been done! Nash sheared a total of 11 lbs!
