| | | White from a white color pedigree...believe it or not, this color pedigree isn't that easy to find! We were fortunate to find this lovely, feminine female. And in June of 2006 her first cria, Avalon's Peruvian Danika (Sold) was just what we had hoped for...a lovely, pure white female by Accoyo Chapparal.
Darinetta is the fabulous fourth daughter of Maplewood Farm Alpacas' 1994 import foundation female, Peruvian Malu, a producer of great white fleeces and outstanding crias. Nettie has pleasant conformation, proportions, balance, and size. Her fleece has beautiful character and brightness, and covers her from top knot to toes. Her sire, Beligado, was honored with a Reserve Championship at the very competitive Celebrity All American Alpaca Futurity in 2001. He is a proud son of Accoyo Dracula, a well known Accoyo male from the 1995 Importation.
As we expected, Darienetta has proven to be a wonderful dam. She has been a great mother and bred back easily. In June,

| | | Another winner from our Accoyo/Allianza cross female, Celeste, and our 1/2 Accoyo Royal Fawn son, Aristocrat. Tri-Star is the third in a line of color champions, and he carries on this proud tradition. Like his older brothers, Tri-Star's bright white fiber has a pleasing soft hand organized in crimpy bundles that cover him from topknot to toe. His typey, conformationally correct frame completes the picture, making him a "complete package".
At his first show, the 2004 GMAF, Tri-Star won the blue even though he had JUST turned 6 months old. And then, again, at the NIAE he took the blue as the youngest in the white yearling class. Judge Shannon McConnell stated that his balance & proportion were excellent & that his fiber was extremely bright and consistent in lock, bundles and fineness from front to back. Later, in that same show, he took 2nd in the Bred and Owned Yearling class in a competitive field of 4 NIAE Color Champions! Once again, he was

RARE SUSTAINABLE ADULT FINENESS. WOW, AT 4 YEARS OLD HIS HISTOGRAM IS EXCEPTIONALLY FINE: 18.1 mic, 4.1 SD, 22.8 CV and 1.2% + 30.
Last fall we took Ascendant to his first show since we purchased him and no surprise, he took Reserve Champion in a very competitive group at nearly 4 years old. We will finance so you can pay for him from his breedings.
Ascendant's first daughter has arrived. What a beauty. She's from a CC Presidio dam and is simply stunning. He's now bred to my Running Late x Au Courant daughter, Xanadu P Allure for this fall. Allure was first in 2011 in a class of 15 at GWAS.
That tells you that I think he's a game changer male with a fresh and unique bloodline for Colorado. We bought this boy out of the show ring as a juvenile after being dazzled by his ultrafine fleece, fleece uniformity and great fleece architecture.
You'll find Accoyo Dracula, AFA Royal Peruvian Aristocrat, Peruvian Chaparral and Peruvian Tri-Star. Lots of color in his past, as well.
We co-own Ascendant with Trueheart Alpacas in Franktown, CO
Awards Received We make it a practice not to show alpacas we purchase, but we entered him in the Herdsire Showcase at the 2012 A-OK Blastoff and thought we should enter him in the show as well
