Spirit Wind Alpacas' Grand Glam

Light Brown, 1337839, Full Peruvian

GiGi, as we fondly call Grand Glam, was the only girl born on our farm in 2008. I never showed her as #1 I hadn't been in the habit of showing my girls much and #2 she was my only girl that year! The fear of anything happening to her was enough to make us decide she would just stay put on the farm.

She's a 5/8 accoyo Grand Master daughter and one of the last he produced.

I bred her to Cactus Jack and her easy birth gave me stunning brown female cria.

Her listed price does not include her cria but she does sell with a breeding. My eye is on Magic for the spring of 2012... She can remain on the farm, board free, until ultrasound confirmation.

I also have a variety of outside breedings to choose from which I can use before she leaves the farm. It gives you more of a choice from different bloodlines.

  MFI Peruvian Cactus Jack
    Medium Brown, 30338166, Full Peruvian

Where do I begin...I saw Jack as a youngster and fell in love. His phenotype, then and now, was absolute perfection. His pedigree offered exactly what we were looking for as a compliment to our other herdsires. He was not for sale. So I watched him walk into show ring after show ring, and win, and win, and win. With every banner and ribbon he seemed to be moving further out of reach. But I decided not to give up, and with the help of some wonderful friends (and now partners) we were able to become the proud new owners of Cactus Jack when we purchased him at the 2007 Breeder's Choice Auction.

What makes Jack so special?

Perfect phenotype: balanced proportion, erect presence, straight legs, correct bite, gorgeous head, luxurious coverage, rich color, soft handled fleece, tight crimp, tremendous density, long staple, well organized bundling, and much more.

Terrific pedigree: Guellermo(LB), Epifania(W), and Jeronimo(B) on his top side.
Silvio(MSG), Campanilla

WE ARE OFFERING 2 WEEKS AGISTMENT after the auction closes.

What a spunky little beauty!

She has lovely confirmation and fleece that is buttery soft. All this should be expected when you look at her pedigree. However, she's the size of a juvenile, around 80#. I know her dam's side well and don't see it. I'm not sure of the herdsire's side but, my grandkids love her because she's so darn cute. I like spinning her fleece, so she stayed.
