| | | Peaches is out of an excellent mother named Peru, who tends to throw girl that look like Peru's sire, Peruvian Pizarro. Peaches sire James Bond is load with famous peruvian genetics, names like Augusto and Gold Rush. What I can say is this... she is one of the most remarked about females on our farm. She's a solid girl like her mom, and be every bit as good a mother as her own mother, just like her sister Ophillia.
She gave birth to our favorite alpaca, Bundles. But true to our word, we're putting every female up for sale, even precious Bundles! But you can make a Bundles of your own with Peaches, so why not bring her to your farm?

| | | Rush has incredible fineness, consistency, density, crimp, brightness, staple length, confirmation and presence. Rush came to us with three red, four blue and a color championship ribbon. At his first show with Osage Alpacas (Topeka 2007), Rush took the blue in his large class, and very narrowly missed taking the championship. Call us for a fiber sample, his fleece speaks for itself.
Rush is a color champion out of two color champions.
Rush's dam Valencia is a multiple color champion 4P LEGACY daughter.
Rush's sire is Sunset Hills Andean Gold, recipient of the 2006 "Spirit of the Fiber Industry" award from AFCNA, 8x color champion and multiple blue ribbon winner. Andean Gold is out of 5P Satana, who is well-known for his powerful color genetics.
We are very much looking forward to see how well Rush expresses his grandsires potentencies. Legacy genetics for fine, crimpy, dense fleece, and Santana for his ability to throw solid, completely uncontaminated

Bundles is the sweetest. Period.
She has excellent crimp and looks much like her father Gold Rush. She has beautiful lock structure (hence her name) and is very soft.
Granted, Bundles' histogram is from when she was only 13 months old... but I expect that value to go up to no more than 19 microns in 2012. We'll know soon enough, she gets shorn in early April.
UPDATE - 2012 fiber stats are in... drum roll please...
Blanket: AFD 18.9 micron / SD 3.8 micron / CV 20.2%
Yep, that's the goods!
