UNIFORMITY: exceptionally low SD and CV, and no guard hair, shown by the amazingly CF. Great numbers for any adult alpaca & this was Bolero's 11th fleece!
CRIMP: measured as curve, usually in the 30's - 40's in alpacas. Boleros curve is 52.0, 11th fleece. Amazing.
SHOW: First shown at the 2008 NAAS, in his 12th year. AOBA Senior Judge Mike Safely said, You don't often see males this age in the showring, and you DON'T see them with fleece like THIS!" Safely praised Bolero's fineness, DENSITY, fleece style, & uniformity. Over a class of males aged 3-7yrs - including Champions - Bolero won the blue. | |
