Belleza is as typey as they come, with one of the prettiest heads and fullest topknots you will ever see on a female. Her fleece is exceptional - look at her fiber test results, at 10 years of age.
Best of all, she has strong maternal traits, and a good record of producing excellent crias.

An impressive pure Alianza Peruvian, Bravado is our foundation herdsire - in the true sense of the word: the male we built our breeding program on.
This guy is fineness personified, with flawless conformation. Just look at the beautiful bundling in his fleece. His micron count at his ninth shearing was 21.8! That's LASTING fineness.
Bravado is the result of combining the finest and most proven Peruvian alpaca genetics in North America: Bueno and Hemingway. Bueno is owned by Mike & Robin Tierney of MapleBrook Farm. His stud fee was $10,000, until he stopped breeding about a year ago. Bueno has sired over 100 winning offspring, and we believe Bravado is one of his best.
Bravado's dam, NWA,Ltd Marcie contributes another line of proven superior genetics: the world famous Hemingway. Marcie's dam is Macarena, making her a full sister to well known sires Predictor, Hektor and Handsome.
Bravado's crias have fantastic fleeces! Don't take my word for it, com
She is truly a Beauty. No genetic fluke, Beauty is what she was bred to be: a top tier alpaca. Shown only a few times, her type, correct structure, and SUPERB fleece are still evident today.
Sire - Bravado has proven his worth as a sire, consistently adding both density AND fineness to his offspring - plus he puts his typy head, stylish conformation, and showy crimp on his progeny, time after time. Best of all, the Bravado get are maintaining fineness as the years go by.
Beauty is a fine example of Bravado's offspring.
Dam - Belleza is an easy breeder, gives birth without difficulty and makes plenty of milk, and Beauty is following in her footprints as a reliable brood female. Belleza is a half Peruvian, half Bolivian that has proven her worth by putting a good cria on the ground, year after year.
Belleza's sire was a pure Alianza line male, making Beauty 3/4 Alianza and 1/4 Bolivian. Belleza and Beauty are living proof of how well the Bolivian lines 'nick' with the Peruvians!
Still living up to her name, Beauty is just that. One of the most striking females in the paddock.
Beauty's 2011 EPD placed here in the top 1% of the US herd for AFD. Truly an exceptional female.
