We just got Accolade's fiber stats back - she has a 16.9 micron! No wonder she is so soft!
Accoyo Accolade is one of only a few medium fawn full Accoyo females. In addition to this valuable trait, she also comes from excellent lineage, has beautiful fiber, and has good potential to produce full Accoyo cria even darker than she is! There are very few fawn full Accoyos out there; as you can imagine those with blue ribbons are even harder to find!
Accolade is actually much darker than either her dam (white) or her sire (beige). Since she didn't get white from her dam, Accoyo Arcadia, she probably got fawn from her. Since she is darker than Michaelangelo, her sire, there is a good chance she may have received his secondary color. . .black! Accolade's gums and toenails are dark; another indication that she should be able to produce dark cria. Dark full Accoyos are incredibly rare, in high demand, and garner some of the highest prices in the alpaca market today. Ther
With 8 championships & 16 blue ribbons, Invasion is one of the top full Accoyo colored herdsires in the country. With 16 champion cria, it has become clear that Invasion is passing on his elite fleece characteristics to his offspring. Invasion is adding outstanding crimp, color, density, brightness & well respected lineage to his cria.
As evident from his own show record, judges around the country agree that Invasion is an elite alpaca. Now statistics from his recent skin biopsy test support his caliber of fleece. In addition his first Ideuma Creek cria are doing outstanding in fleece shows. Using all of the tools available, Invasion keeps proving time & time again that he is a superior herdsire.
If you're looking to add density, consider Invasion's skin biopsy report done by Ian Watt:
Follicle Denisty - 65.28 Secondary:Primary Ratio 14.4 : 1

Every once in awhile you hit the jackpot. Well, with Amity, we feel we've hit it big! She's a gorgeous medium fawn full Accoyo with all the right genetics. Her sire is our 8X champion Accoyo Invasion who also has 16 blue ribbons, The Best Brightness Award and The Judge's Choice Award. Her dam is a blue ribbon winner as well. Accolade is a Michelangelo daughter and an Express grandaughter. Her fleece is exceptionally fine - 16.9 micron!
Her genetics are all there - all the icons in the Accoyo world - Caligula, El Nino, Michelangelo, Albus, Express, Royal Fawn - she's got all that working for her. And her fleece shows it. It's incredible - unbelievable density and extremely fine, zipper crimped bundles all over. She's gorgeous, and she's a rare full Accoyo fawn. She's consistent in her color and in her fleece style - she's definitely one I'd label elite.
Amity's paternal siblings are rocking the showring all over the country in both halter and fleece. They have attained 18 championships, 6 Best Brightness Awards, 3 Best Crimp Awards, and the Judge's Choice Award. Amity is Accolade's very first cria so she will be the first to gather ribbon accolades in her dam's name. It is only because we own Amity's sire and her dam is young and in our foundation herd that we offer Amity for sale. It is our belief (and our hope!) that we will be able to produce another Amity - otherwise you couldn't pry her out of our barn.
Amity comes with a breeding to any of our herdsires. We'd strongly recommend Accoyo Stratosphere. His cria have earned more than 35 championships and more than 70 blue ribbons. He covers black and many of Amity's ancestors do as well. The two of these should make a medium fawn or darker full Accoyo cria packed with influential genetics for you.
