Miss Amber Light

Medium Fawn, 30587557, 1/2 Peruvian, Other/Unknown

Miss Amber Light is a daughter of color champion Alta's Ultima of PVA who's dam Greenvale Alta was a color champion herself and daughter of Peruvian Don Julio. Alta's Ultima sire was none other than Peruvian Hemingway. Miss Amber has fineness and decent density. Her 2009 daughter did very well in the show ring, always in the ribbons including multiple 1st and 2nd place ribbons. Miss Amber Light gave birth to a healthy 20 lb. boy on June 26. This boy is white and has very crimpy, bright white and fine fleece.
Miss Amber Light is confirmed pregnant to Legend’s Peruvian Revelation of KPR who took Reserve and Color Champ in 3 shows in 2011 at 5 years of age! Go ahead and make an offer on this outstanding girl bred to an elite Light Silver Gray male! We will also include a breeding to any OLA herdsire for a 2013 cria. She sells with all of our standard Oak Lawn Alpacas guarantees. Financing can be arranged if needed.

  IHA Presidio's Donato
    White, 1345469, Full Peruvian

If you’re looking for fleece with crimp, density, brightness and handle this 3/8 accoyo male has it all. Son of Peruvian Presidio, one of Caligula's greatest sons, as well as Royal Fawn and Hemingway on the dam’s side. Donato's demeanor is gentle and he is very easy to handle. What great genetics to add to any herd. Truly some of the best fleece you will find. Donato's fleece placed 5th at the 2008 AOBA National F2F Fleece show.
Donato has 11 offspring on the ground including 4 at Oak Lawn Alpacas and his offspring all carry the fleece characteristics that you want to see passed down. The density, fineness, crimp and brightness are outstanding. We can show you the fleece improvements from dam to offspring. Two of Donato’s offspring are Peruvian Donner and Peruvian Libertie. Both of these offspring had 16.8 and 18 micron respectively. Both have done extremely well in the showring including blue ribbons in the always tough white classes.

Donato consistently shears over 7#’

Fiber boy with a 17.3 micron!

Junior is being sold as a fiber or pet boy. He has very bright fiber and has decent fineness and good density. This boy will produce excellent white fiber for a good period of time. His sire still maintains a 23.8 micron at 8 years of age. With the finess of Amber Light and the lingering finess that Donato carries, Junior will produce fine fiber for many years to come.
