Pocohantas is a very nice Color Champion that is now bred to a 6X Color Champion and due this spring. She has an extremely fine fleece to go along with a uniform crimp. Pocohantas had an excellent show career with multiple blues and a banner.

Pocahontas was born looking dark brown to bay black but when her cria tips were shorn she was a gorgeous dark rose grey. Her pedigree is loaded with some well known names including Royal Fawn, General Schwartzkopf, Mephisto, 5P Royal Inca Legend, and Pot of Gold.

Pocahontas is taking after her Champion sire's, The Bucaneer who has 12 Color Championships to his credit. She has high frequency crimp from her top knot to her legs. She is consistent and carries a fine handle that feels buttery to the touch.

Pocahontas has proven herself in the show ring. In her first show, at the Best of the US show, she placed 1st in Indefinite Dark and Reserve Color Champion for Multis. The Color Champion had already won 4 championships at 14 months old. The Judge had nothing but glowing things to say about her.

In her second show, she beat out an indefinite light to win the blue. The judge noted she was very fine and uniform. For her third show she was in a mixed class of indefinites (light and dark) and multis. She placed 2nd, but the judge said she had incredible fleece and confirmation.

Pocohantas has proven herself in the show ring and now she is ready to prove herself in the cria department. She is ready to take on the position of high end foundation female in your herd.
