GalPaca's GG Harriet

Light Brown, 30675766, 5/8 Peruvian

Our own Shannon Christy birthed another outstanding female cria. Harriet, named after my famous great grandmother (well, famous to me), has mom's temperament, long dense fiber with good bundling and just enough crimp to make her a complete package. She's a picture perfect female who we fully expect to carry on with the flawless birthing strengths of her mother.

Harriet produced a beautiful BB/TB female out of CCR's Principae Gris. Harriet's cria this year is no disappointment. She has beautiful fiber with a marvelous handle... especially for a TB! Harriet is an excellent mother just like her dam, we expect great things from her.

Harriet comes with a breed back to any of GalPaca Farm Alpaca's Herdsires. Our suggestion would be our 12 time champ Tsunami but you are welcome to make the choice yourself!

We offer many extras at our farm. When buying a pregnant female, we can keep your gal with us free of charge until she delivers. Whether on our farm or

  CCR’S Principae Gris
Medium Silver Grey, 30878976, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian

We are proud to add this wonderful new stud to our group of quality herdsires. It is wonderful to see a grey stud that has a lot of crimp and is as soft as butter. It is also great to see this kind of frame on a grey stud. Principae has great proportions and we are eagerly waiting for him to start breeding in spring.

If you are interested in bloodlines, this guy is a McGwire son. McGwire is a full Accoyo rose grey male sired by the great Victor. On his dam side he has three generations of grey.

Principae has already done well in the show ring as well. He has won a Color Champion as a juvenile as well as a couple of blue ribbons.

We are sure that this guy is going to sire a lot of high quality grey offspring so call now to schedule a breeding this spring.

We recently had Principae biopsied through Alpaca Consulting USA and we were very pleased with the results:

Follicular density of 49.7
In Skin AFD of 19.35
S/P Ratio of 9:1

GalPaca Farm's Independence Sold!

It is certainly not hard to remember the birth of Independence... GalPaca's Independence that is. Born on the 4th of July, Independence (Indie) was the unanimous choice for her name.
Indie is a classic Pinto. She has a jet black (TB) blanket with perfect solid white on her extremities. Indie has an extremely fine handle to her fleece and has been a big hit with the visitors to our farm. She has great potential for color with her
LB dam and grey sire. She has also inherited her dam's extremely calm demeanor which makes her very easy to handle.
Indie will come with a breeding to any of our males. We would recommend our solid TB male Kokomo's Cash to bring out her color potential.
