Ohhh, what a sweetheart! Circe is a proven Meteor daughter. She shows color in her genetics, sporting brown markings by her eyes & has thrown color when bred to color. She is one of our sweetest girls with a loving personality. She is an excellent mom with abundant milk. Circe carries a very soft fleece which she passes on to her cria.
Circe has produced some very fine offspring, including DiamondStar Fortunato, a true black herdsire. Her 2005 cria, DiamondStar Eleni (see her separate listing) took 2nd place in a very competitive white class at Alpacapalooza in March 2006.
In 2010 Circe delivered a true black daughter, Lady in Dread, sired by Captain's Black Label. This year, 2011, Circe delivered a bay black son out of our true black Torbio son, Carbon Fiber. Her cria is included in her purchase.
Black Label is an incredible up and coming black suri herdsire...and the judges appear to agree! Out of our 4X Reserve Suri Herdsire of the Year, Captain Morgan, and Inca daughter, DDF Sophia, Black Label has made a name for himself in the showring - check it out! Lady's sire, Black Label, has produced 7 blacks and 4 grays on our farm and is proving to be one of our top herdsires. Her dam, Circe, has produced 5 cria for us, all colored, and with average birthweights of 19.1 lbs. She is an excellent dam with good nurturing qualities - very heritable in her offspring.
