Kazzy is a very friendly alpaca and gives kisses. She's got wonderful presence and gets along well with the others in her herd group.

Kazzy's sire is Godzilla Storm, true black suri sire of no fewer than 68 ARI registered suri offspring, and all have been of color except for seven white suris. Six of those had white dams, and the seventh's dam was Medium Fawn so somewhere in her genes is a recessive allele for white. Regardless, Godzilla Storm has proven to be an excellent suri son of the much loved, Fruzane Noir, also a true black. Fruzane Noir has sired no fewer than 104 ARI registered offspring, and the majority in color! Six of the 104 were born huacaya, though, revealing Fruzane Noir to be a heterozygous suri stud. It's possible his son, Godzilla Storm is homozygous for suri, but perhaps more cria will need to hit the ground before this can be confidently ascertained. Kazzy is a silky, lovely suri dam. "She has dense fiber with a slight twist and medium luster," says Pat, "and she has full coverage, too."

Kazzy is now a proven dam, even though her first offspring is not yet showing up on the ARI database. "She delivered a beautiful male cria, true black and locked up with luster," exclaimed Pat.
