Aloha Alice is a beautiful, compact fleece machine! Daughter of multi-blue ribbon winner RK Ariel(DRG)and multi-champion Crockett(LRG)she has inherited lovely soft fleece with silky handle,density, coverage and tremendous staple. Strong Champion Gray influences abound in her background: CPeruvian Silvino, CPeruvian Silvio, Royal Peruvian Challenger. Her conformation is perfect exhibiting strong bone, exacting proportion and straight top line.
Alice has shown twice in Medium Brown as a yearling. Competition in both shows was stiff and she placed in both. We are excited to enter her fleece from this her second shearing in the upcoming regional fleece competitions.
Her dam remains in our foundation herd largely due to her superior maternal traits and fleece characteristics. Females from her sires line are many and have exhibited equally superior performance as foundation females. Alice will be ready to breed this fall. Our sire choice would be true black or dark modern rose grey to promote her color potential....hmmmm....we have both available!
