Son of SA ACCOYO ROYAL AVENGER, this handsome true black stud has produced no fewer than 7 quality ARI registered offspring, and six of the first seven are female. Five of the seven are true blacks out of either a white dam or a true black dam. One of his ARI registered offspring as of Jan. 2012 is Dark Fawn, and that cria was out of a Dark Fawn dam. Only one as of that same date has been born white, and that was out of a white dam.

Kai has a beautiful fleece, "with density, crimp and softness," reveals Pat. Judging from the sample I have here, I have to say, it's very nice!
When asked what one word would they use to aptly describe Kai, Bud and Pat submitted "Pushy." Well, that's good to know in advance!
Kai has an excellent set of bones on him - he's very well put together with correct conformation and an balanced presentation. His face is gorgeous, as well, probably due mostly to his striking eyes (he's got jet black rims around his eyes....wow!). Kai's got that ideal, classic, picture-perfect "look" to him....I mean he is just plain alpaca-precious! Neve rmind that he's "male" and one might think there' d be a need for a rough-around-edges sort of "masculine" appearance. In the alpaca world, BEAUTY IN FLEECE wins every time!
I asked Bud and Pat to aptly describe Kai in ONE word and the automatic response was "SOFT." Oh, yes - that's what we want in an alpaca, isn't it? Absolutely!
You know, another trait you want to look for in an alpaca - especially one that is definitely a fiber-king on the farm, is how well he handles on halter and for herd health procedures and such. Kai is manageable and does okay in that department!
