PFF PERLINO'S DIVA DIVINE
White, 819411
Diva Divine is wholly owned by Julie Jarvinen of Pine Forty Farms, with a large herd of 100+ suris boarded in three locations in the U.S. This dam is available exclusively via The Secret Meadow of Close-Knit Alpacas. She can be purchased individually OR as part of an incredible Collection at an "unspeakable" price found only in The Secret Meadow.
Divine is being cared for by Dr. Bill Hedberg, DVM and boarded on Bill Hedberg Farms, Inc. in Iowa. I asked Bill a few questions only a caregiver can answer, so we can have a better idea of all that Divine presents and will offer to your herd and life.
First, I asked Dr. Hedberg to describe Divine's temperament and his answer - "Calm and quiet." In fact, he says her calm disposition is her most outstanding characteristic! I think that's a great quality to have in any suri.
He further went on to say she is "Easy to breed and tease...she's a very good mother."
Divine's conformation is stretchy and still "correct.

Divinity, according to her caregiver veterinarian Bill Hedberg, and in one word, is "Young!" What does this mean to you? LEGS for a long life and years of production for you!
Divinity's conformation exhibits wonderful size; strong, substantial bone; correct form overall; beautifully shaped ears well set on a very lovely head; bright, alert face with large eyes; a correct dental bite and good overall balance to her frame. These are all ideal traits to start out with for any alpaca - especially those to be utilized in a breeding program.
Divinity's fleece is of a flat lock style and is a silky, soft white. Her 2011 staple is measured at between 5 and 5.25 inches, which is very nice - particularly for fiber production and spinning!
Divinity has a disposition that means she neither needs to be the leader, nor does she lag at the back of the pack and following everyone else. Says Bill, "Divinity fits in right down the middle of the pack," and this is wonderful! This also indicates she will likely adjust well to changes and being introduced to another herd.
Divinity only lacks halter training, but she has the mind and temperament to sail through "school" in no time, and she'll be that much better bonded to you, as a result of your having spent that important time together.
Divinity's a young dam ready to get started in production as a mother just as soon as the right new home and program desirous of her qualities comes along! Do give Divinity strong consideration, meet her in person if at all possible, and make her a part of your life and alpaca fiber focused farm - you'll be super glad you did!
