Fernando's Juliett
| |
Light Brown, 1006926, Full Bolivian
| | | Juliett is a very pretty light brown, full Bolivian girl with excellent conformation and full fleece coverage! Her sire is the well-known Fernando El Boliviano, an Alpacas of America herdsire.
Her fiber has a nice handle, with above average staple length. She also has a very strong frame, great conformation, and a perfect bite.
Juliett is a terrific mom, producing lots of milk and taking excellent care of her crias.
Another benefit with Juliett is that she has tended to throw the color of the stud she is bred to, which helps you have a better idea of what to expect in the color of her offspring. So far, she has thrown white, fawn, gray, and brown crias!
Juliett was bred last year to the superb fawn Champion, Lilly's Accoyo Dupioni and has produced a lovely white 2011 female cria covered with beautifully crimped bundles. Dupioni represents a very rare bloodline in the United States - the Elitus line. Dupioni's average micron at his first shearing was 15.9

Dupioni's crias are taking home the ribbons, including a NATIONAL CHAMPION! Rare Full Peruvian Accoyo/Alianza genetics.
Dupioni is a very uniform light fawn herdsire with very, very dense and beautifully bundled fleece. His fleece exhibits consistent finger bundles with high-frequency crimped lockets. He is ultra fine with virtually no visible guard hairs. We are confident that this purchase from Snowmass Alpacas brings amazing quality to our breeding program and offers the same to yours.
Dupioni now has more than 40 crias on the ground. He's producing great color with extreme shine, not to mention the awesome character and density. Dupioni seems to be very capable of passing color from the dam to the offspring and, even more impressive is his ability to pass his extreme density and fine hand to his progeny. The judges have consistently commented on the Dupioni crias as being the "dense
