Light Brown, 849692, Full Peruvian
UPDATE!!
Princess, Reba's 2010 cria, is now a 2X Reserve Color Champion taking a Reserve Championship Banner and a Blue Ribbon at the Best of the US Alpaca Show as an 8 month old juvi and another Reserve Color Championship Banner at the Indiana Alpaca Invitational as a 9 month old juvi!! Way to go Princess!
Reba is a full Peruvian granddaughter of the legendary Black Magic! Her light/medium brown fleece is fine and has good staple length! She has great coverage from her top knot to her toes! Her conformation is strong, much like her Dam's, and her presence is bold.
Reba is proven with five crias on the ground. All of her crias have been show quality. Reba is perfect for a first time owner or experienced breeders that just want the ease of an experienced, proven, and easy to care for Dam. She is an excellent mother who consistently produces healthy cria. All her crias gain close to one pound per day!
UPDATE!! JUGGERNAUT CRIAS TAKE MULTIPLE CHAMPIONSHIPS and JUDGE'S CHOICE!!!
Princess, Juggernaut's 1st cria, is now a 2X Reserve Color Champion as a juvi.
Starlite, a gorgeous Juggernaut cria, took JUDGE'S CHOICE as a 6 month old juvi at the Buckeye Alpaca Show. Also winning her 1st Color Championship Banner and a Blue Ribbon!
Juggernaut: "used to describe any literal or metaphorical force regarded as unstoppable that will crush all in its path".
Juggernaut wins 1st at 2008 AOBA Nationals! Immediately placed 1st by Mike Safely, stating that his "fabulous and truly ELITE fleece" took him by surprise! "Each staple is uniform down to the skin...it's like looking down a tunnel." He also noted that Juggernaut was the "finest male in the class, with an incredible amount of fleece all over his body." Juggernaut once again places at the top of his class!
Juggernaut has done it again!!! What a gorgeous male this is...
Full Peruvian and 1/8 Accoyo, Juggernaut's Peruvian Warrior is looking like he is going to be a very nice male! Warrior reminds me of his sire, Juggernaut, at his age. His light fawn fleece is very bright with a nice handle (16 microns). His blanket is very dense and has consistent high-frequency crimp coming in at the skin. We can't wait to show this boy in the spring!!!
Warrior's conformation is good with an excellent bite and solid frame. He has a nice head with black eyeliner and a nice top knot.
Warrior comes from Champion lineage!! His sire, Juggernaut, is our own 7X Champion herdsire, who is a very elite male. Warrior's full sister, Princess (LB), is now a 2X Reserve Color Champion taking a Reserve Championship Banner and a Blue Ribbon at the Best of the US Alpaca Show as an 8 month old juvi and another Reserve Color Championship Banner at the Indiana Alpaca Invitational as a 9 month old juvi!! His 1/2 sister, Starlite (LB), took JUDGE'S CHOICE, Color Championship and a Blue Ribbon as a 6 month old juvi at the Buckeye Show (her 1st show).
His lineage also boasts Accoyo Grandmaster, Altiplano Gold and Peruvian Leah (a champion producer and a champion herself). Warrior's heritage is also covered with colors, including many shades of fawn, brown and TRUE BLACK!
We are very pleased with Warrior. With his strong solid conformation, full-fleeced face and gorgeous super dense, super fine, bright and high frequency crimped fleece Warrior is the "complete package." This young male definitely deserves to be shown. Look for Warrior at the Buckeye Show in May 2012.
