Jasmine is a medium brown full Peruvian beauty. What's more is that this dark girl boasts 1/2 Accoyo genetics! Her lineage includes Accoyo Acomayo and Accoyo the Babe, known for his fineness, and ability to throw crias in a wide range of colors including black and grey! Her lineage also boasts that of Accoyo Camilio who is the grandsire to one of our top herdsires, 11 time ribbon winner Admiral!
Looking for dark genetics? Jasmine's dam is true black, as is her grandsire Royal Condor (also True Black). We're hoping that Jasmine will soon prove that she covers True Black!
Jasmine is characterized by solid conformation and bundles of uniform fleece boasting density, luster, and a solid medium frequency crimp style!
UPDATE: Hot Shot now has 3 cria on the ground and they are looking pretty darn good. All females, all with fine, bright, dense, crimpy fleece. We can't wait to see how they develop. Look for them in the spring shows!!
Hot Shot is a stunning young male with extremely fine, dense and crimpy fleece. NO WHITE FIBERS IN HIS BLANKET!! He has excellent coverage, strong conformation, and a typey head. He is easy to handle and has a wonderful personality to go along with everything else. Hot Shot has a 2 X Champion Dam and a 6 X Champion Sire. He is full peruvian and 1/8 Accoyo. HE IS THE TOTAL PACKAGE!!
Full Peruvian and 5/16 Accoyo, Chili Pepper is a very nice female out of 8X Blue Ribbon winner, Cozy Critter's My Peruvian Hot Shot and Redwood Farm's cornerstone female, Jasmine. Chili Pepper is exactly (well...maybe even a bit better) the quality alpaca you would expect from such an awesome pair!
Chili Pepper's looks are stunning...with her black button nose, black eyeliner, typey head and full-fleeced face she captures the attention of everyone that visits the farm. She has a sweet personality and a bold presence.
Chili Pepper's conformation is perfect with a correct bite, solid frame, and good balance. Her medium brown fleece is dazzling with a maroon hue to it. Her blanket is dense, super bright with a fine handle and a consistent crimp structure which is not often found in a dark fleece.
