Delightful Dream, DD, is out of some of the most renowned bloodlines from Snowmass Alpacas. Her sire, Jericho 69I, is an elite black herdsire from Canada that was a premier herdsire of the North American Alpaca Stud. On her dam's side, DD's grandsire is none other than the famous 4Peruvian Legacy. The value of the genetics on her dam's side is evident in the sale of DD's maternal sister for $72,000 at the 2006 Futurity Auction.
DD has passed her elite genetics on to all of her offspring to date. Her first offspring, PH Nova's Midnight Express, is a brown male who ribboned in every show that he entered, including AOBA Nationals, the Futurity, MAPACA and NAAS in 2006. Her second cria, Navigator's Storm Front, is a beautiful grey male, who has six blue ribbons and two Championships to date (See Storm's herdsire listing for more information). Her third cria and first daughter, Wayfarer Farm's Roxanne looks exactly like mom and is a blue ribbon winner. DD's 2008 cria out of The Aga Khan, Wayfarer Small-Axe,has earned his blue.
