| | | After an AOBA Fleece Color Championship and 5 blue ribbons in his short show career, Dark Porter has joined our line-up of exceptional herdsires. In 2007 Porter was the Fleece Color Champion at AOBA National Show after taking blue ribbons in halter at the Level V GWAS show and the Level IV Southwest Alpaca Show earlier in the year. Halter judges have complimented him as the "complete package" with bundled fleece and balanced conformation. While he has shown in several color classes ranging from fawn to brown to indefinite, AOBA show rules now place him firmly in the Rose Grey classes.
Dark Porter is the result of crossing two exceptional blood lines. He gets his unique color from his dam, Daisy May Legacy Brew, a proven producer of black and grey champions - many of which have gone on to produce multiple champions of their own.
