Medium Brown, 31063296, 3/8 Bolivian, 1/4 Chilean, 3/8 Peruvian
Lady is a lovely, small framed alpaca with loads of curb appeal. She is compact, correct and extremely well covered. She is uniformly colored with black tipping on her ears, toe nails and nose. To say she is cute is a huge understatement!
Check out the pedigree on this little lady...she goes back to The Silversmith, Acero Marka's Wooly Bully and Peruvian Drambuie on her dam's side and PPPeruvian Royal Fawn on her sire's side. Just like her Dam, Shady Lady, she has excellent conformation and coverage down to her toes. Her fraternal siblings have done well in the show ring placing first, second or third at the 2008 GWAS and the Minnesota Alpaca Expo (plus a color championship). Her sire, Pankara, placed fourth in the Get of Sire at the GWAS competing against some of the best whites in the west.
We believe Lady will make an excellent female to intensify our brown / maroon line, plus she is a very fine and uniformly fleeced brown female. She carries alot of color in he
Avatar's Keystone of Rockyfield
Medium Brown, 31239547
We are really looking forward to seeing Keystone's cria in the near future. We liked him as a youngster and co-own him with Alpacas of Rockyfield Farm. Keystone was born on their farm and we are pleased to partner with them on this young stud. In his first fall of showing Keystone received a Color Championship, two Reserve Color Championships, represented in both halter and fleece showings.
Keystone's coloration is a light medium brown, but tips out on his ears grey; not surprising when you consider his dam is WAA Lady Blossom, a dark rose grey (roan) female who was bred to the well known rose grey, Avatar. When looking at Keystone's fleece, it is evident he is showing signs of excellence. Keystone's fleece is exceptionally, fine & uniform with strong organization.
Keystone's fleece has a long staple, carrying very high frequency character througout, with medium amplitude, above average density and brightness. The fiber holds itself in beautiful rippling bund
MissChievious, aka Cheeves, is a lovely young female. As the name suggests, we think she is quite a little package of fun around here. Cheeves is BIG into enjoying life here on the farm. Always on the move, looking for the best bite of grass.
Cheeves may be the cutest alpaca on the farm, very full faced and absolutely the most perfect alpaca for a photo....if she would stand still! She is completely covered from nose to toes and really catches everyone's eye who comes for a visit.
Her dam is First Lady, listed on our site and her sire is Keystone, both gorgeous browns. Cheeves is a light to medium fawn with super soft, fine fleece. Cheeves' fleece carries a very nice handle and is very bright; her regrowth is impressive. No doubt it will be excellent fiber for processing into a close to the skin, high end product.
Give us a jingle to arrange a time to meet MissChievious!
