PPPeruvian Annie 4957

Dark Rose Grey, 139064, Peruvian

Annie is the corner stone of our huacaya breeding herd. She was one of the darkest of the exceptional females imported from Peru in 1995 and she has been proving herself ever since. She has produced four other animals on our farm; Ace, Muffin, Virtue and Deja-Vu. Annie has "made history" for us by giving birth to two female cria on back to back mother's days. In '01 she produced Virtue, who weighed an impressive 26 lbs. But then in '02 she out did herself by producing Deja-Vu, who weighed in at 30.0 lbs! Annie is bred to "Avalon's Peruvian Aries", an AOBA blue ribbon winner. Annie is a sure bet for anyone looking to add quality and proven production to their herd. As with any female purchased from Summer Hummers, Annie comes with a free breeding to any of our phenomenal herdsires.

  AFA Royal Peruvian Aristocrat
    Light Fawn, 183445, Full Peruvian

This outstanding 1/2 Accoyo son of Peruvian Royal Fawn is admired by everyone who has the opportunity to reach into his dense, luxurious fiber! His macho presence, handsome head, large bone, excellent fiber coverage, and gorgeous fleece are a combination that is hard to beat. His crias consistently do well in the showring and stand out in the crowd. Combine all this with a pedigree that is known and respected, and the result is a truly exceptional herdsire!

Aristocrat's offspring are collecting ribbons in the showring. More than half of his crias have won, and continue to win, blue ribbons!!! His colorful sons and daughters are characterized by excellent fiber coverage, fineness, density, and crimp on typey frames... qualities that are their sire's trademark. Some Aristocrat offspring are available for viewing at Avalon Farm.

Perhaps our most valuable huacaya foundation female, Deja-Vu has beautiful character, and very dense, bright fiber with excellent statistics. This 1/4 Accoyo Royal Fawn granddaughter has a solid, strong frame (she should - she came into this world weighing 30 pounds!!) and excellent conformation with a perfect bite. She has a very proud, bold huacaya type including a dense top knot, cheek wool and very full leg coverage. Deja-Vu had an amazing clip weight of 11.41 in 2005 (no leg fiber)! She won plenty in halter as a juvenile and a yearling, and now continues to bring in a multitude of fleece awards since being bred. She has won one color championship in halter, 7 blue ribbons, 4 highest scoring fleece awards and a best hand award. She truly is a stunner.

Bred to MSA Hemingway's Tequila, Deja-Vu delivered a beautiful white female named Clairvoyance on June 20, 2005. "Clair" is now owned by Chardon Alpaca Farm. The fleece character and quality is already present in the pretty young gal.

Now bred to Sensation for one of his first crias.
