| | | Named after one of the highest Andean Mountain peaks in his native Bolivia, Illimani has all the attributes you'd want in a Suri...excellent lock structure, high luster and great conformation. He is the top white Suri male picked from the 1996 Bolivian importation that is now breeding in the US. He consistently passes great luster on to his crias....just look at PFF Nadia (below)....and he's thrown numerous colored offspring from white females. All of his offspring are ARI registered and they are all unquestionably Suris.
We think his offspring are outstanding and so do the judges! PFF Illimani's Primo (upper right) won first place in his halter class at the 2000 AOBA National Show. PFF Nadia (lower left) turns heads wherever she goes! In 2001, Nadia won first place ribbons in all of her halter and Suri Bred and Owned classes at the Estes Park Wool Market, HART Fall Festival and the Midwest Alpaca Jamboree. She was also Reserve Color Champion at the Wool Market, first place | |
