Several well respected alpaca enthusiasts have told us, "Latisha is the prettiest black alpaca I've ever seen!" We think she is pretty too, but she has more than just great looks. Judges find her fleece to be extremely fine and lustrous with excellent handle. Latisha has good crimp, excellent conformation, good strong bone structure with good leg coverage. Excellent fiber producer, 6.5lbs.! Latisha has strong Black and Silver Grey genes and is granddaughter of well known silver grey SAHuckleberry . She has a small grey spot on her neck. Her impressive sire,SA Crusader, has produced 11 cria in all, 10 black cria and ALL from WHITE dams!!(as of 5-2002)Recently, Crusader produced a grey from grey!. Latisha has been bred and confirmed pregnant to our grey champion herdsire, Peruvian Fire N Ice.
